Dear Esteemed Members,

We write this letter to elucidate our objectives, mission, and vision, as well as to outline our primary areas of concentration. We are committed to revitalizing Oakwood University and delivering comprehensive support to all stakeholders involved. Our mission is to work towards the betterment of Oakwood University by providing necessary aid and restoration. We aim to extend a holistic support system that encompasses all invested parties, ensuring they are well-equipped to thrive in our institution. Our strategic plan is centered around three key focal areas:

1. Faculty and Staff Retention: Our goal is to mitigate the current turnover rate by addressing critical issues impacting our staff. We acknowledge the importance of healthcare, competitive remuneration, a positive work environment, and freedom from intimidation. Therefore, we strive to create a robust environment where the faculty and staff feel valued and satisfied.

2. Ethical Practices and Procedures: We are committed to ensuring all federal and state policies and procedures are thoroughly observed. Our adherence to these guidelines is critical to maintaining our accreditation and securing federal funding. We believe the integrity of our institution should never be compromised.

3. Student Enrollment and Retention: We prioritize providing our students with comfortable living conditions, a supportive atmosphere, and a safe campus environment where their voices are heard. We aim to create an educational environment that encourages them to return to our institution every quarter. While we are at the forefront of this initiative, we understand the importance of prayer, discernment, and open communication. We assure you that our actions and decisions are devoid of hidden agendas and personal motives. We are fully dedicated to the holistic development of our students and the well-being of our faculty and staff at our cherished institution. We recognize the gravity of the situation; our institution's future hangs in balance. However, we believe that united, we can bring about a significant change. We stand together in solidarity, committed to bettering our institution. We are determined to be the catalyst for change, to create a more prosperous and stable Oakwood University.
